How to wear a bra?

Recently, My colleague (Anabelle) and I had a chit chat on the beauty of wearing corsets which linked it with a question on how we know that we are wearing a bra in proper method? Improper of bra can make you feel uncomfortable and tighter bra make lead to various sickness and cancer disease. Beside this, we also found that improper wearing a bra might caused your arm become fatter because our fat in between arm and breast suppose push it to breast, remain in our arm.


How to measure your bra size?

1. Undress completely on top.

2. Measure yourself around your torso below your bust. Add five onto the measurement to get your bra size (in inches). If the number it's  an odd number, round it to higher even number. Eg. 33 become 34. This is because bra size do not have odd number.

3. Measure for cup size, you direct measure your bust across your chest. To find a cup size use the chart below.

Tips : You won't know until you try it on your own. Each women have different that's why we have to try before buying any bra. Always remember, the bra size will change along your weight, age, menstrual cycle, pregnancy, etc. So it's a good idea to change your bra as soon as you realize that the bra is too tight or too loose.

My Beautility Diary - How to use olive oil as your hair treatment?

I just had my hair cut from long hair to short hair on last Saturday. I really wanted to perm and dye my long hair but I facing very serious hair fall and dandruff problem and ended up have to cut it to short hair. According to my hair stylish, my hair fall problem might be because of stress and doesn't have proper sleeping and eating time.. Sigh.

With a few research about hair treatment, I discovered that olive oil is great not only for dry hair, it also make hair smooth, silky and shinny. With a regular use (once a week), you may see the significant results.

There are many ways on how to apply olive oil into your hair.

1. Olive oil with eggs

First, mix olive oil with egg yolk.
After mixing it, apply it onto your scalp and hair
Soak it for a while, at least 30 minutes and rinse well.

2. Olive oil with avocado

Ingredient
- 1 avocado (1/2 for short hair) - save the peel to use in another beauty formula
-  1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

First mash avocado and mix with other ingredients, stirring thoroughly to combine.
Apply mixture to hair and allow it to remain for 30 minutes or longer
rinse it.

My Legs Attack By Fish

Fish Spa - Yes, it's fish spa. You may feel so ticklish and very irritating but always interesting. The fish competed each other for bits of loose skin, dead skin or choice of leg hairs.

My sister and I experienced it as one of our first trial facial session in Herbaline. We are sitting at the edge of the pool with our legs dangling in the water with thousand of fishes nibbling our legs. I'm wondering if they would eat me if I fell asleep, LOL, I had watched Piranha movie recently and can imagine back how the Piranhas attacked people in the movie same as how this little fishes attacked my legs once I put it into the pool.

So Do Fish Spa's Work?

Undoubtedly, The fish spa is fun. One of place we can meet our friends and experience unusual and relaxing chit-chat with our friends instead of meet in cafe. My skin definitely look and feel better after the ex-foliating efforts of Garra Rufa or "doctor fish".

Beauty & Cosmetic Products I bought in Beauty & Cosmetics Mid Year Sales

I still remember, it was a first day of the Beauty & Cosmetics Mid Year Sales which was fall on 26 until 27 June 2010. The organizer arranged this same sales every year in the same place and it was my second time to gave a try since the first time I went and failed to bought anything because out of most of the stocks. This year, my colleagues and I decided went there earlier to avoid the same mistake again.

Here were the products I bought :

SK II - Makeup Box (RM 18)

Product review : I'm using this box to put all my make over products. It's very useful and looks elegant but white color very difficult to take care.

SKII Facial Treatment Essence 30ml (RM 52)

Product review : I love this products, you can feel your skin turn soft after using it. :)

Product review : I'm using this product to help clean and clear my face before applied Facial Treatment Essence.

My Beautility Diary - DIY Pinky Purple White Dot Nail Design

Step 1: Prepare all the tools such as air brush, dot brush, base coat and top coat. This time, I will design with the purple Nail Polish with the red (code: 230) and white (code: 710) acrylic color

Step 2: As usual, buffed nails and paint a layer of base coat. After base coat dry, paint a layer of purple color nail polish. While waiting it dry, mix the red and white acrylic color in a piece of board. Once the purple nail polish dry, use the air brush, with lightly touch the mixture of the red and white acrylic color. After that, use the air brush to paint it as half of your nail.

Step 3: Once the pinky and purple nail polish dry, use the dot brush to paint the white dot in between of pink and purple nail polish. Once completed, the final step will be using the top coat to paint it as upper layer to make the design more lasting and shining

My Beautility Diary - DIY Lady Bird Nail Polish Design

After my previous design "DIY Snow Flakes Design", I have bought more different type of Nail Art Brush and acrylic color as my design tools and I can explore more design without any limitation of nail polish color.

Step 1: As usual step, buffed nails and paint a layer of base coat.

Step 2: After the base coat dry, paint a layer of black color of nail polish.

Step 3: While waiting the layer of black color nail polish dry. Try to mix the chili red color acrylic (code: 230) and white acrylic color (code: 710). After that applied in to the half nails as shown above picture with the fan type nail art brush. You will see different tone of color.

Step 4: Once the acrylic color dry, you may use the round type nail art brush of dip into the white acrylic color (code: 710) and make a dot as above. You may use your creativity to design it. I have chosen yellow acrylic color (code:100) for my right leg and white acrylic color (code:710) for my left leg 

Step 5: Final step, applied a layer of top coat once the design dry.


Tips:  Applying top coat every 3 days able to make your design more lasting and shinny.
